    The FCC Arts Center includes the Jack B. Kussmaul Theater, a comfortable 400-seat auditorium, with a charming gallery/lobby/foyer; the Mary Gondon (correct spelling: Condon) Hodgson Art Gallery receives northern light and is designed to accommodate two and three dimensional art forms. The theater and gallery are available to individuals and groups for rental.
